Monte Fiorentine comes from the oldest growing area of Soave Classico: a hilly landscape covered with black volcanic soil. Bright straw yellow color. Fine and delicate nose of exotic fruits and citrus. Soft, persistent and spicy taste. A very structured wine that develops best after a few years of refinement in bottle. - Gerardo [TS06/24]
