The Rosso di Montalcino impresses in the glass with its lively ruby red color and balanced, finesse-rich character. Its ripe fruit notes and a subtle floral component, reminiscent of wild field flowers, lend it expression and charm.
On the palate, it is soft, full-bodied and harmonious. Compared to Brunello, it matures for only six months in barriques and a further six months in the bottle, which gives it freshness and Tuscan mellowness.
