The Corvina Veronese Roccolo del Lago impresses in the glass with an intense ruby red color that leaves a deep and powerful impression. An elegant bouquet dominated by cherries and sour cherries unfolds on the nose, complemented by fine notes of small forest fruits and spicy hints. These aromas lend the wine a seductive complexity and make it a real pleasure to drink.
On the palate, the Corvina Veronese Roccolo del Lago is velvety and soft, with a full-bodied structure that is accompanied by a long and persistent finish. The wine perfectly brings out the characteristic finesse of the Corvina grape and its complexity is reminiscent of Appassimento or Ripasso style wines.
