  On the eastern shore of Lake Garda, the vines for the Bardolino Terre in Fiore grow on mineral-rich morainic soils of glacial origin, lending the wine its characteristic lightness and spicy finesse. This organic blend consists primarily of the indigenous grape varieties Corvina Veronese and Rondinella, which benefit from the region's mild, almost Mediterranean microclimate, developing a bright ruby red color and a fragrant scent of violets and fresh sour cherries that perfectly captures the typicality of the Bardolino area.
