Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2019

  Casisano's Brunello di Montalcino is a sublime expression of Tuscan winemaking in the rolling hills southeast of Montalcino, made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown on limestone and slate-rich soils. The winery combines tradition and modernity with selective hand harvesting, extended maceration and maturation, and the targeted use of large oak barrels - elements that give the wine remarkable depth and authenticity.

The color is a bright ruby with fine garnet reflections—a seductive harbinger of the elegant interplay of aromas: freshly ripened cherries, plums, and violets envelop a delicate bouquet of spices and herbs reminiscent of the Mediterranean landscape of Tuscany. On the palate, a precise structure meets velvety tannins and a lively texture, supported by a clearly perceptible minerality.
