This interesting white wine comes from the foothills of the Matterhorn. This mountain, at 4478 meters, forms a huge natural pyramid that divides the Valais from the Valle d'Aosta.
A crisp, fresh, elegant and straight white wine with hints of green &apples and thyme. Soft and mineral on the palate, of excellent drinkability. Let's go to the top! - Gerardo

© www.lacrotta.it The Esprit Vertical '4478' has the altitude meters of the Matterhorn as a name suffix. The grapes for this aperitif wine, made mainly from Müller-Thurgau, come from the foot of this world-famous and highest mountain in the Alps. Harvesting is done by hand at the beginning of September, followed by vinification in steel tanks with subsequent aging in stainless steel. A sophisticated and yet light Müller-Thurgau, which impressively proves what this - sometimes ridiculed grape variety - is capable of. Great aperitif or accompaniment to light dishes, interesting and by no means hackneyed. - Gerardo
