The vineyard of about one hectare, which is destined for the production of Rosato, is located in Contrada Solicchiata near Castiglione at 750 meters above sea level. The color of this Etna Rosato is a delicate salmon red, with scents of red berries, cherries as well as rose petals. The palate is juicy, with fresh fruit, mineral and pleasantly dry. - Gerardo [TS12/22]
