Fontodi's Flaccianello della Pieve is one of the great classics of Tuscany and one of the first single-varietal Sangiovese to achieve worldwide fame. It is a Sangiovese assemblage from several sites, which has enormous richness, concentration, power and warmth. On the nose of red and black fruits, Mediterranean scrub, coffee and chocolate.
