Only vinified in outstanding vintages, the Brunello di Montalcino Riserva from Fuligni embodies the pinnacle of traditional Tuscan wine culture. The grapes come from the estate's oldest, particularly deep-rooted vines and are selected with the utmost care. The long ageing period of over five years, including around three and a half years in large oak barrels, gives this wine its exceptional structure, complexity and longevity.
Even in its youth, the Riserva reveals a multi-layered aroma of dark berries, tobacco, fine spice and balsamic notes. On the palate, the wine is concentrated, profound and balanced at the same time, with elegant tannins and precise freshness. As it matures, it develops a fascinating depth and finesse that make it a true meditation wine.
