Ginestreto · Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2020
Eredi Fuligni, TuscanyFuligni's Rosso di Montalcino is called 'Ginestreto' and under this name it has been known on the market for many years as a high quality product, which is also the result of a careful selection. Partially aged for several months in French oak barrels, it has a strong, fruity flavor and is receptive to the most varied gastronomic combinations. - Gerardo [TS06/21]
"Clear, tart, slightly buttery aroma of red and some black berries with cherry notes as well as wilted floral, mineral and slightly herbal tones. Also rather tart on the palate with typical buttery nuances, dried-vegetable to herbaceous and earthy tones, fine sandy tannins and a delicate acid bite, some persistence, slightly noticeable, warming alcohol, earthy notes, shows origin, good finish. Currently needs some air." - Wein-Plus.eu
