Gianni Tessari's Soave presents itself with a pale straw yellow color and an appealing aroma of white flowers, ripe peach and fine herbs. The first impression on the palate is fresh and lively, supported by a precise, well-integrated acidity. The mineral component provides clarity and expression, while the fine fruitiness pleasantly rounds off the wine.
It is made from Garganega grapes that thrive on volcanic soils - an influence that is reflected in its salty minerality. Soave is a wonderful accompaniment to light starters, fish or pasta with vegetables.
