  The “Solos” white wine from the Kaltern winery is a remarkable cuvée, created from a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc—all grapes come from older vineyards that are cultivated organically or biodynamically in line with the project's philosophy. The vinification is carried out with the utmost craftsmanship: part of the wine is aged in barriques or tonneaux, while the other part remains in stainless steel tanks, achieving a balanced combination of freshness, depth, and structure.

In the glass, Solos presents itself with a bright straw yellow color and entices the nose with yellow fruit aromas such as pear, apple, and sometimes hints of exotic notes—combined with a salty, spicy minerality that gives the wine a subtle tension.
