  The “Brut Nature” from the Kaltern winery is a sparkling wine that interprets the terroir and the art of winemaking in South Tyrol with the utmost refinement. It is made from grapes grown on selected slopes, which thrive in the alpine climate and on calcareous soils, imparting a cool minerality and precise fruitiness. Traditional bottle fermentation is followed by extended aging on the lees, allowing the delicate, fine, and persistent perlage to develop. The deliberately restrained dosage underscores the style, which focuses on clarity, elegance, and purity, resulting in a sparkling wine that combines both lightness and depth.

In the glass, Brut Nature presents itself with a light, almost golden yellow color and sparkling mousse, which already hints at its fine texture. The bouquet reveals floral notes, delicate citrus notes, and an undertone of fresh bread crust aroma, paired with a noticeable salty-mineral nuance. On the palate, it captivates with its clear, lively structure, elegant freshness, and interplay of delicate fruit and stimulating effervescence.
