  The Otto Graf Huyn Cabernet Riserva Collection from the Bolzano Winery is a masterpiece of South Tyrolean winemaking, combining the region's tradition with the sophistication of international grape varieties. The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards around Siebeneich near Terlan, where the weathered porphyry soils and mild climate provide ideal conditions for the Bordeaux grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. After selective harvesting, traditional maceration takes place in stainless steel, followed by aging in large oak barrels, which give the wine structure and depth. The name “Otto Graf Huyn” honors the winery's historical connection with the count of the same name, whose vineyards have a long tradition in this region.

In the glass, the Otto Graf Huyn Cabernet Riserva presents itself in a deep ruby red with garnet reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, and a hint of green pepper, accompanied by floral notes and exotic spices.
