  The Pasithea Rosa Rosé Muscat from the Girlan Winery is a noble sweet dessert wine made from the rare Tamjanika Crna grape variety (also known as Rosé Muscat). This grape, a cross between Moscato Bianco and an unknown grape variety, is characterized by its intense rose aroma and demanding cultivation. In the well-ventilated hillsides of Girlan, at 400 to 500 meters above sea level, the vines thrive on mineral-rich soils that were sedimented during the Ice Age. The grapes are harvested by hand in late autumn and then dried in small containers to increase their sugar and aroma concentration. After maceration, slow fermentation takes place in barriques, followed by ten months of aging in barrels and a further six months in the bottle.

In the glass, Pasithea Rosa presents itself in a bright golden yellow with amber reflections. The bouquet seduces with aromas of rose petals, ripe wild strawberries, cranberries, and a spicy hint of cinnamon. On the palate, it unfolds a soft structure with gentle tannins and a harmonious sweetness that lingers in the long finish.
