© www.cantina-terlano.com The Terlan Winery's “Terlaner Cuvée” is the result of a traditional blend of three white grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon—a composition that has been cultivated since the winery was founded. The grapes grow on the permeable, porphyry- and limestone-rich soils around Terlan, where the alpine climate meets Mediterranean sunshine. After careful hand harvesting, they are gently pressed and aged in stainless steel with a proportion of large wooden barrels - a process that ensures freshness as well as depth and structure.
