  The Tradition Pinot Bianco from the Terlan Winery represents a special combination of origin, grape variety, and craftsmanship. The grapes come from the mineral-rich porphyry and sandy soils around Terlan in the Adige Valley, where alpine coolness meets Mediterranean sun—a combination that gives the wine its unmistakable origin. In the cellar, the Pinot Blanc is processed with special care: after gentle whole-cluster pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation on the fine lees, which gives the wine its delicate texture and elegant expression.

In the glass, this wine displays a light straw yellow color with subtle greenish reflections—a visual hint of the freshness that later enlivens the nose and palate. The bouquet opens with aromas of pear, white peach, and a hint of apricot, accompanied by floral notes and a delicate mineral spice. On the palate, this fruitiness combines with a pleasant creaminess and a lively expression: the wine appears lean, precise, yet substantial — a versatile accompaniment to fish and vegetable dishes, light pasta creations, or simply as a stylish aperitif. - Gerardo [TS10/26]
