Kellerei Terlan, South Tyrol
The clear straw-yellow color of this classic Pinot Blanc shows a slight greenish shimmer. Its aroma impresses with fresh apple notes that blend harmoniously with aromas of gooseberries and limes. These are rounded off by herbal components such as camomile and lemongrass. The taste of this classic Pinot Blanc is powerful and exciting. It presents fruity nuances of pears and quinces on the palate, accompanied by a mineral, salty note. It literally dances on the tongue and impresses with its good persistence. - Gerardo [TS03/24]
