La Jara's Spumante Brut is a high-quality organic sparkling wine made from the best Prosecco grapes and refined using the Charmat method in large fermentation tanks on its own yeasts. In contrast to the Extra Dry version, this Brut is significantly drier without developing a pronounced acidity. The fine, tightly meshed perlage brings out the elegant bouquet of fresh apple and delicate nutty notes particularly well and gives the wine a clear, stylish structure.
On the palate, the Spumante impresses with animating freshness, fine finesse and a harmonious medium length. Its lively style makes it an excellent choice for sophisticated occasions - an elegant sparkling wine that impresses with its balance and organic quality. - Gerardo [TS10/26]
