Labella · Vino Rosato Frizzante IGT 2024

  Labella Frizzante Rosé is produced in the vineyards of Strongoli from the autochthonous Gaglioppo grape variety. The vines are rooted in clay and limestone soils, which give the wine its characteristic minerality. The vines are trained using the “cordone speronato” system with a planting density of 5000 vines per hectare. The yield is 80 quintals per hectare, which allows for gentle processing and high quality. The grapes are harvested in the second decade of September. Vinification takes place in steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in pressurized tanks (autoclaves), which ensures the fine perlage of the wine.
