The optimal position of the Lagrein vines in the historic Gries growing area near Bolzano promotes its fruity-spicy aromas of ripe fruit, cherries and chocolate. The warmth of the valley favors its velvety elegance, soft fullness and lively freshness, with good integration of tannins.
