The South Tyrolean Sauvignon Mantele fascinates with an expressive bouquet that combines aromas of citrus fruit, ripe grapefruit, delicate elderflower and a hint of pepper. The deep, gravel-rich soil of the Mantele growing area gives this Sauvignon its characteristic race and power. The pronounced temperature differences between hot days and cool nights enhance its aromatic richness and underline its fresh, lively structure. With its finely balanced acidity and clear minerality, it is not only an inspiring aperitif wine, but also a versatile accompaniment to starters, light vegetable dishes and, in particular, classic asparagus dishes. - Gerardo [TS10/22]
