Sauvignon Mantele captivates with aromas of citrus, grapefruit, elderflower and pepper. The deep rubble in the Mantele growing area gives it race and strength. Cold nights and hot days favor its aromatic richness and fresh structure, which make it an inspiring aperitif wine and companion to hors d'oeuvres, vegetable-based dishes, and, when drunk mature, asparagus dishes. - Gerardo [TS06/22]
