  Ottella's Roses Roses Spumante Rosato Brut comes from the gentle morainic hills of Alto Mincio near Lake Garda, where limestone- and clay-rich soils and a mild climate allow for precise harvesting. Carefully selected hand-picked grapes—including the indigenous varieties Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Lagrein—form the basis for this fine rosé sparkling wine. The wine is made using very short maceration and controlled fermentation, resulting in an elegant onion skin pink color with a lively structure.

In the glass, the Rosato delights with a fine perlage and an ensemble of aromas of white peaches, red berries, and a subtle mineral note that makes the terroir palpable. The palate reveals a fresh, delicate texture in which fruit and finesse are artfully interwoven.
