Locorotondo is the name of an Italian municipality in Puglia and also the name of a famous white wine of this area. Equal parts of Verdeca and Bianco d'Alessandro give rise to this pleasantly fresh aperitif wine. The color is of a pale, delicate straw yellow. The bouquet is fruity and somewhat reminiscent of hay.
