  The “Anticaia Chardonnay Salento” from the traditional Cantina San Donaci cooperative impressively embodies the light and warmth of Apulia. The grapes come from the Salento region around Brindisi and are artfully matured in stainless steel tanks - a decision that preserves the Chardonnay's typical freshness and aromatic clarity. The result is a wine that is interwoven with its origins: sunny slopes, Mediterranean breezes, and a calcareous soil structure characterize its character and give it delicacy and authenticity.

In the glass, the wine presents itself in a light straw yellow with soft greenish reflections - a first visual indication of its clear structure and lightness. The nose reveals a bouquet of white flowers, yellow apples, and finely ripened banana, accompanied by a subtle rock minerality that gives the wine depth.
