This Chardonnay has a straw yellow color with delicate green reflections. The bouquet is intense and fruity, but also fine and balanced. On the palate, it is dry and spicy with a harmonious structure and a hint of minerality. The grapes come from the surrounding vineyards of San Donaci and reflect the fresh side of the Apulian terroir, ideal for summer enjoyment and light dishes. - Gerardo [TS10/24]
Gerardo's Notes: Puglia is also an excellent growing area for white grape varieties, including the world-famous Chardonnay grape. The sunny climate produces a mild, creamy white wine with little bitterness and restrained acidity.
