Berg · Weißburgunder Riserva DOC 2023

  The “Berg” Pinot Bianco Riserva from the Schreckbichl Winery is a white wine that comes from the renowned Eppan-Berg vineyard—an area considered one of the best Pinot Bianco vineyards in South Tyrol. On soils of moraine debris with limestone deposits in a sunny eastern location and under the influence of cooling fall winds, the grapes develop a special substance and freshness. Long aging in small and large wooden barrels gives the wine depth and a noble structure without masking its delicate fruit aromas.

In the glass, the Berg reveals a bright light yellow color with greenish reflections—a symbol of both elegance and origin. The nose seduces with hints of apple and pear, complemented by delicate vanilla and wood notes. On the palate, it presents a harmonious combination of juicy fruit, salty minerality, and a fine woody depth that leads to a long-lasting, refined finish.
