This Pinot Blanc, formerly known as Weißhaus, shows a bright, light yellow color with greenish hues. Fine aroma of fresh apple and pear, elegant and complex in the drink with vintage-typical acidity structure and mineral aftertaste. - Gerardo [TS06/20]
For the exquisite wines of the Praedium line, the grapes from selected sites around famous historic estates and vineyards are pressed separately. The Roman 'Praedium' the estate, is emblematic of an evolved wine culture.
