Strong green-yellow color, pleasant fruit aromas on the nose, a very dense racy Pinot Grigio with nervous acidity. This finesse-rich classic comes from higher slopes of the Bolzano lowlands. - Gerardo [TS06/21]
For the exquisite wines of the Praedium line, the vintage is pressed separately from selected sites around famous historic residences and vineyards. The Roman 'Praedium' the estate, is emblematic of an evolved wine culture.
