Rosatum - 'Rose wine' was the name given in ancient Rome to the wine scented with rose oil. Extremely low yields produce a ripe rose aroma with silky richness. This sweet wine, produced only in extremely small quantities, beguiles with a seductive and flattering bouquet: intense aromas of fragrant rose petals and red berry fruits. On the palate it is rich, supple and opulent with a pleasant vanilla note. - Gerardo [TS06/17]
