  Tenuta Olim Bauda's “Nizza” Barbera d'Asti Riserva is a masterful expression of the Barbera variety, rooted in the estate's historic vineyard near Incisa Scapaccino, where the Bertolino family planted the vines in 1961 that now form the basis for this top-quality wine. After hand harvesting and careful selection, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled maceration and extended aging in large wooden barrels, giving the wine impressive depth and complexity.

In the glass, it displays a dense purple red with garnet red reflections - a visual promise of concentration and elegance. The bouquet unfolds intense aromas of ripe cherries and plums, complemented by violets and a delicate spice corset of pepper and cloves, underpinned by a subtle wood note.
