  The “Oltremé Rosato” from the Tenute Rubino winery in Apulia is an elegant interpretation of the rare indigenous Susumaniello variety - vinified as a single variety and pressed on the sandy and clayey soils of the Tenuta Jaddico near Brindisi. The name “Oltremé” (“beyond”) already signals the pursuit of expressiveness, while the delicate rosé pink in the glass hints at a subtle lightness. In the winemaking process, this is reflected in a short maceration period, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and a short maturation phase - measures that allow the variety to express its original character.

The glass reveals a lively salmon or coral pink color with shimmering reflections—an enticing preview of the fresh interplay of aromas. The nose reveals delicate notes of red fruits such as raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, accompanied by floral undertones and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine is lean, clear, and lively in texture with noticeable freshness and an elegant finish—without any dominant heaviness, but with a sense of style that promises versatility.
