Oltreme is bright ruby red color with violet reflections. The bouquet is fine, delicate and aromatic, reminiscent of raspberries, roses and violets. The palate is wonderfully fruity and pleasantly soft, with good structure and balance. - Gerardo [TS12/19]
Gerardo's Notes: This dry red wine is made purely from the interesting Susumaniello grape variety, which produces red wines rich in aromas. The Oltreme is best tasted solo to enjoy the rich palette of flavors. In addition, this Susumaniello is a great companion to fruit tarts with raspberries, blueberry cakes and black chocolate desserts.
