  Saturnino Brindisi Rosato from Tenute Rubino impressively demonstrates how vibrant rosé made from indigenous grape varieties can be: produced from 100% Negroamaro grapes in the heart of the Apulian Brindisi region on sandy and clay-rich soils with a maritime influence. The name “Saturnino” refers to the historical roots of the region - the winery draws on the heritage of a Roman landowner to establish the connection between land and wine. Vinification in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation preserves clear fruit and precise minerality; short bottle aging rounds off the whole to create a fresh, accessible wine.

In the glass, this Rosato captivates with a bright carmine pink color with violet reflections—a colorful promise of Mediterranean energy.
