  The Mare Mosso Frizzante Bianco from Cantine Torrevento is a refreshingly lively interpretation of the indigenous Bombino Bianco variety, grown on calcareous and clayey soils in northern Apulia. The vineyards benefit from low altitude and fresh sea breezes, which, together with careful hand harvesting and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, create a clear, varietal elegance. Torrevento takes a deliberately down-to-earth approach to winemaking: the grapes are processed quickly and the aging phase is kept deliberately short in order to preserve freshness and authenticity.

In the glass, this frizzante delights with its light straw yellow color and delicate greenish reflections—a visual nod to the Adriatic terroir. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, white peach, and a floral touch reminiscent of summer flower meadows. A fine perlage carries the lively profile, while the minerality noticeably reflects the proximity to the sea.
