  The “Sine Nomine” Salice Salentino Riserva from Cantine Torrevento is an impressive personality from Apulia, vinified from approximately 90% Negroamaro and approximately 10% Malvasia Nera, as evidenced by the production details. The microclimate of the Salice region's vineyards, with their limestone- and clay-rich soils and Mediterranean sun, gives the wine a distinctive depth and presence of origin. The maceration and aging phases, with extended time on the lees and maturation in large wooden barrels, contribute to this Riserva's development of not only power but also elegance.

In the glass, Sine Nomine displays a deep ruby red color with garnet red reflections—a visual promise of maturity and intensity.
