Extra virgin lake garda olive oil of exceptional fineness and low acidity. The aroma is reminiscent of green notes such as meadow grass and herbs. The color is of delicate emerald green. The taste is somewhat reminiscent of tomato leaves and dandelion. The olives are harvested exclusively by hand during the ripening period and are freshly defoliated and washed before pressing. - Gerardo [TS02/23]
