The Bucciato is a true specialty and the original Orange Wine from Ca' Rugate - crafted long before this category even became widely known. What sets this wine apart is its unique production method: it is fermented on the skins, just like red wine, which enhances its extract, body, and aromatic complexity. With a hint of residual sugar, this white wine is delightfully smooth without being overly sweet.
In the glass, the Bucciato shines in a radiant straw yellow with antique golden highlights, emphasizing its distinctive character.
