Fulvio Beo is a sparkling wine made purely from Garganega grapes. Garganega is the grape variety of the famous Soave Classico: straw yellow with greenish reflections, this sparkling wine has a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals a delicate yeasty note with pleasant fruity notes. The taste is harmonious, almost velvety, with a dry finish. - Gerardo [TS06/23]
