The Amarone della Valpolicella Caterina Zardini presents itself with a deep ruby red color and garnet reflections, which already indicate its maturity and concentration. On the nose, it develops a complex, ethereal bouquet with spicy notes of ripe cherries, bitter almond and fine vanilla. This variety of aromas testifies to the careful drying of the grapes and the careful ageing of the wine.
On the palate, the Amarone is full-bodied, warm and has a remarkably velvety texture. Its dense structure is rounded off by a subtle bitter note on the finish, which gives the wine additional depth.
