Deep ruby red color with garnet veins. Ethereal, fragrant, spicy aroma with hints of ripe fruit, morello cherry and vanilla. Intense, soft and deep flavor.
Raisining for about 110 days from late September, with a natural weight loss of 35-40%. The wine is aged for 24 months in new Fleur de Quintessence oak barrels in medium to lightly toasted Allier oak with a very fine grain; the wine is aged in the bottle for around 12 months. - Gerardo [TS07/14]
