This specific soil composition gives the wine not only its straw-yellow color but also a delicate bouquet reminiscent of white meadow flowers and crisp pome fruit, capturing the essence of the terroir.
On the palate, it presents itself as dry with a lively acidity accompanied by a fine, almost salty spice in the finish, which is typical for this cultivation area.
