Ildebrando is a cuvee of different grape varieties all growing on tufa soils around Pitigliano. As with all Vulcanic Wines, the mineral aroma is pronounced, but Ildebrando always has the typical, delicate, Tuscan melt in the luggage. Goes well with seafood, rice and pasta dishes. - Gerardo
