The Riné impresses with its distinct personality and its ability to evolve over time. The green reflections gradually fade, giving the pale straw yellow a golden hue. On the nose, citrus aromas of lemongrass and floral notes of immortelle and acacia unfold, accompanied by the typical herbaceous and mineral accents of Riesling, including a slight hint of petrol. The palate is taut, with a powerful freshness and a salty finish that emphasizes the juiciness.
