Caparzo's Brunello di Montalcino 1980 is much more than just a wine - it is a witness to time, a living testament and a symbol of the deep connection between our family and Tuscan wine culture. Caparzo was the first Tuscan winery that my father chose for our range. This decision not only marked the beginning of a special partnership, but also the birth of a central chapter in the history of our company.
The bottles from the 1980 vintage that are still in our possession today are not for sale. They rest like relics in our cellar, a silent echo of days gone by and a proud testament to our roots. Each of these bottles tells stories of discovery, of passionate conversations about quality and craftsmanship, and of my father's belief in the uniqueness of this winery.
