© www.cusumano.it This particular Rosato of Cusumano is produced exclusively from Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir). The vines grow in the vineyards of Tenuta Ficuzza near Piana degli Albanesi, on a plateau of about 700 meters above sea level. The vineyards are mosaically embedded in the natural maquis and woods. The Rosato Ramusa is aged for about six months in steel tanks on the fine lees. - Gerardo [TS10/21]
