  Cusumano's Noà is a masterful cuvée that combines sunny Sicily with its powerful grape variety: the grapes of the indigenous Nero d'Avola variety and the international Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties ripen on the limestone- and clay-rich soils of the Tenuta Presti e Pegni estate near Monreale. The name reflects the primordial gesture of wine - “Noà”, inspired by Noah, symbolizing the origin and continuity of viticulture. After careful fermentation and aging in wood, a wine is created that combines origin, modernity, and style in flowing harmony.

In the glass, Noà displays a deep ruby color with violet reflections - a visual indication of its density and elegance. The nose reveals aromas of blackcurrants, ripe sour cherries, a hint of noble spices, and notes of tobacco and cedar wood - an expression of sun, ripeness, and soil all at once. On the palate, the wine captivates with concentrated fruit, velvety tannins, and a minerality that makes the calcareous soil sensually perceptible.
