The Borgoletto Soave presents itself in a delicate, pale yellow color and impresses with a fresh, floral bouquet. Fine notes of white flowers, green apple and citrus fruit unfold on the nose, lending the wine a light, fragrant elegance. The Garganega grape, from which this Soave is made, is shown here in its classic, carefree form.
On the palate, the wine is balanced and pleasantly full-bodied, with a subtle almond note and a subtle, slightly salty minerality on the finish, which makes it particularly lively. The fine acidity structure underlines its freshness and makes it an ideal accompaniment for light starters, seafood or simply as an elegant aperitif on warm days.
