Gerardo's Notes: Silvaner has been native to South Tyrol for over 200 years. The vines grow mainly in airy and warm locations, such as in the Eisack Valley and on the Ritten. Sylvaner presents itself fresh and fruity, fine and elegant. Sylvaner is well suited as an apritif as well as with light appetizers, asparagus, wine soup or with fish.
