Gerardo's Notes: Originally from France, the Chardonnay grape variety has been cultivated in South Tyrol for over 100 years. This grape variety thrives in higher, warm sites in Überetsch and around Bolzano, and produces an elegant wine with a balanced acidity and a bouquet of exotic notes. The Chardonnay is always fresh and elegant, with discreet but well-integrated acidity and a pleasant, melting fullness.
