Chardonnay DOC 2015

  The Chardonnay from the Bolzano Winery reveals itself as a subtle masterpiece of alpine elegance: the grapes thrive on warm, sun-drenched slopes around Bolzano on limestone and porphyry-rich soils, giving the wine a subtle, earthy minerality. In the cellar, the carefully selected berries undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal clarity. This approach creates a connection between the international origin of the grape variety and its unique character in the South Tyrolean terroir.

In the glass, the wine presents itself in a light straw yellow with golden reflections, and the bouquet opens with exotic notes of pineapple, mango, and honeydew melon, carried by a finely integrated freshness. The palate reveals an elegant fullness, supported by a well-integrated structure and restrained spice - a wine that strikes a balance between fruit and minerality.
