Gerardo's Notes: The Pinot Gris comes from the great Burgundy family and is considered one of the most famous and noble white wines of Italy. In the subalpine climate of South Tyrol, Pinot Grigio develops its smoky aroma, strong structure, character and charm. On the palate, it is full-bodied, pleasant and rich in extract, with hints of fresh pears and apples, as well as subtle honey and walnut tones.
