Pinot-Grigio DOC 2015

  The Pinot Grigio from the Bolzano Winery is a classic representative of its grape variety, combining the elegance and freshness of South Tyrol. The grapes thrive in the warm, gravelly soils around Bolzano and on the Ritten, where the subalpine climate offers ideal conditions for ripening. After selective harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine's freshness and aroma. The wine is also aged in stainless steel, which gives it its clear structure and freshness.

In the glass, the Pinot Grigio presents itself in a bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet unfolds a fine aroma of ripe apples, pears, and a hint of honey and nuts. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and rich in extract, with a pleasant minerality and a harmonious finish.
