Gerardo's Notes: The grapes selected for this exceptional Chardonnay grow in Girlan on the hills of Überetsch at an altitude of 450 - 500 meters above sea level, planted with vines 15 to 20 years old and raised in the Guyot system. The soil of the cultivation area is rich in minerals formed by sediments of the ice age.
