T · Cuvée Rosé IGT 2023

  The “T Cuvee Rosé” from the Tramin Winery is a lively expression of South Tyrolean rosé artistry, capturing the lightness of summer in every bottle. It combines Merlot, Lagrein, and Pinot Noir grape varieties, which thrive in the calcareous clay soils and gravelly terraces between 250 and 550 meters above sea level. These special conditions give the wine a refreshing fruitiness and a fine minerality. After a short maceration period, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its freshness and purity.

In the glass, the “T Cuvee Rosé” displays a delicate salmon pink color reminiscent of the first rays of sunshine on a summer's day. The bouquet seduces with aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by a hint of citrus freshness. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and balanced, with a lively acidity that makes it an ideal accompaniment to light dishes, aperitifs, or simply to enjoy on warm days.
